Night storage heaters can feel cold because they rely on storing heat during off-peak hours and releasing it slowly throughout the day. If the heater has not been properly charged during the night, it may not have enough stored heat to provide warmth during the day. Additionally, if the room is poorly insulated or drafty, the stored heat may dissipate more quickly, making the heater feel cold. It's important to ensure that the heater is properly charged and that the room is well-insulated to maximize its effectiveness. **

The night storage heater may feel cold because it has not been properly charged with heat during the off-peak hours. This could be due to a malfunction in the heating elements or controls, or because the heater was not left on long enough to store sufficient heat. Additionally, poor insulation or drafts in the room can also contribute to the heater feeling cold. It is important to ensure that the heater is functioning correctly and that the room is well-insulated to maximize its efficiency. **

Yes, there are heat- and cold-resistant storage media available. For example, some types of flash memory, such as SLC (single-level cell) NAND, are known for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Additionally, some specialized hard drives and solid-state drives are designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures, making them suitable for use in harsh environments. These heat- and cold-resistant storage media are often used in industrial, military, and aerospace applications where extreme temperatures are common. **

This can include thermal underwear, fleece-lined pants and tops, and a heavy-duty insulated jacket. Additionally, wearing thick socks and insulated, waterproof boots can help keep the feet warm and dry. It's also important to wear a hat, gloves, and a scarf to protect the head, hands, and neck from the cold. **
